Domestic USA Shipping Policy
1 bottles orders are sent USPS first class mail. All orders of 2 or more bottles will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have concerning our shipping policies, via the contact us page.

Military Orders: Apo, Fpo addresses
All Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. The US Postal Service has no tracking on military orders, and those orders can take from one to eight weeks for delivery. Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. If the package is damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit and file a report. 

International Orders: UK, Canada, etc.
All International orders are shipped by USPS Air Mail. The US Postal Service has no tracking on international orders, and those orders can take from one to eight weeks for delivery. Any customes fees for duty and taxes are paid by the customer at the destination. We are sorry, but we do not have any way of estimating these charges for you, as it depends on Customs in your country.

Question: Can I Return/Exchange A Product That I Opened Already?

Answer: If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, we can give you an in store credit towards new items in most cases. We can not refund you for opened products.

You can return an opened product as long as you ordered it within the last 45 days. You must return the bottle back to us. We will then give you an in store credit minus the shipping fees. We can not accept returns or exchanges on the items that you recieve resulting from this return of an opened bottle.

Include your name, order number, phone number, the reason you are returning the item, and then let us know if you would like an in store credit (minus shipping) or an exchange. We will take care of this for you within 48 hours of the time it arrives back to us, and we will e-mail you to let you know that we received it. Of course, we can not be responsible for the amount of time that it takes for the item to be delivered back to us, or if the item is lost or broken during shipment to us.

If you ordered the item more than 45 days ago, you can still return the products for an in store credit, but we will charge a 25% re-stocking fee. We can take care of this for you right away!

Question: Can I Return/Exchange A Product That Is Not Opened?

Answer: Yes! We understand how your circumstances may change or you may change your mind. As long as you return the item(s) within 90 days, unopened, and still in saleable condition, we can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange them for something different. Of course, we can not refund your shipping or return shipping fees.
