There is a very large emphasis among many people about how to go about reducing body fat.  In order to reduce body fat fast you need to look at the whole picture and not just  through a narrow lens. Too many times people get stuck on trying the latest fad diets or workout crazes but never actually hone in on their lifestyle and other elements that are derailing them from losing unwanted body fat.  So in this post I am going to cover three ways that I have used over time that have helped me reduce body fat fast.  So if you want to reduce your body fat fast, keep reading.

Why Should You Care About How To Reduce Your Body Fat Fast?


I think it is one thing to drop body fat percentage quickly, but it is a totally different thing to reduce body fat fast and have it actually stay off.  There are a million different crash course diet plan that will reduce body fat fast.  However the majority of these magic potions only give you a temporary satisfaction and within a few weeks at the most the stubborn body fat quickly comes back.  That has to be one frustrating experience and I have been there.  I am all about sustainability, doing things that will keep producing results over time.  I am not about a one shot method that will evaporate quickly.  That does no good for anyone.  Here are the three ways to reduce body fat fast:

Method #1 To Reduce Body Fat Fast


Do bodyweight training.  I know, I have harped on this a lot on my blog but its true.  If you do bodyweight training the right way as I outline in my new bodyweight training course The Lost Secrets of Bodyweight Training you will reduce body fat fast and keep it off as long as you keep doing the workouts.  One of the great attributes of bodywegiht training is circuit training.  You can get a lot done in less time with no equipment and get a fat scorching workout in.  The intensity and variety of bodyweight training is great for building lean muscle as well.  That is important because the more lean muscle you have the more fat your body is naturally going to burn on a daily basis

Method #2 To Reduce Body Fat Fast


Say goodbye to carbs.  This is hard for many people to do and was hard for me as well.  If you really want to reduce body fat fast you need to reduce your carb intake to less than 50 grams per day and up your protein intake.  By doing this your body will go from a carb burning machine to a fat burning machine.  You will notice that within a very short period of time you are burning fat quickly.  If you want to continue burning fat I would suggest to not exceed 200- 250 grams of carbs per day if you are active and working out.  If you are not active, do not exceed 150 grams of carbs per day.

Method #3 To Reduce Fat Fast


Reduce stress.  If you are not getting proper sleep your body cannot repair itself which in turn stresses your body out.  If your body is stressed, or if you are stressed in general your body will hold onto fat as a life preserver.  Stress is stress no matter how you cut it and all stress shifts your body into a reservation fat mode.  In order for your body to feel "safe" enough to release the fat you need proper sleep, low amounts of stress, and a clean diet. If you only do method one and two to reduce body fat fast and not implement this method to reduce body fat fast you will not get your desired results.
