If you're a skinny guy, or even just an average guy trying to build muscle, chances are you've tried or at least read about a lot of different ways to eat to build muscle. You probably also have your training squared away but struggle with your diet and its effects on your muscle building progress. It can sometimes seem difficult to eat enough to build muscle.

1. Make Your Own Meal Replacement Shakes

If you're a skinny guy who has trouble getting in enough calories, add olive oil to your food at every meal! One tablespoon contains about 140 calories, and you can eat to without really even noticing it.
